Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Customer Digital Experience Software Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively manage major strategic accounts
- Strategically align customer goals with our people, process and technology
- Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and system administrators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 20%
- Home office in either Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, DC, New York/ NJ Area or Toronto
- 3-10 years of relevant experience
- History of exceeding your numbers in a Customer Success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe
