Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Customer Digital Experience Software Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage major strategic accounts
  • Strategically align customer goals with our people, process and technology
  • Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and system administrators

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel 20%
  • Home office in either Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, DC, New York/ NJ Area or Toronto
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience
  • History of exceeding your numbers in a Customer Success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe
