Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Due Diligence Response Team Process Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures
- Coordination and drafting of responses to customer requests for information and questionnaires
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a centralized library of responses within the applicable internal tool
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience in an information security / privacy related discipline
- General understanding of cloud industry technologies, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong project/program management skills
- Self-starter able to work with minimal guidance and supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests from a variety of sources
