Job Summary

An IT support and development company is seeking a Remote Customer Education Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing original educational content
  • Launching, leading and maintaining customer education trainings
  • Creating learning progressions to support customers

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of experience creating educational content in the software industry
  • Passion about building a Customer Education function from scratch
  • Highly skilled in outbound messaging, positioning and program development
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly with training customers in a technological area
  • Analytical skills and background, with ability to use data to power decision-making
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and deliver high-quality results
