A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Education Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching, designing, developing, and maintaining customer education slide decks
- Testing various modes of customer engagement
- Creating various learning paths
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of combined experience building engaging educational content
- Extremely strong organizational and project management skills
- Working familiarity with the developer tooling and/or Application Security space
- Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
