Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Education Operations Specialist I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Publish and maintain organization of CE learning experiences for viewing and engagement
  • Coordinate learning experience translation to ensure content is available to customers in their native language
  • Prepare learning experiences for review, publication, or translation, consistent with department standards

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ year data entry, copyediting, or publication review experience with Microsoft 365
  • 1+ year content publishing experience
  • 1+ year learning management publishing experience
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to adapt to, and solve, challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
