Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Customer Enablement Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting Office Hours appointments providing guidance and demonstrations depending on the questions
  • Conducting pre-appointment research to ensure understanding of customer questions
  • Driving creation of new, value-add programs to drive customer feature adoption

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • 5+ years of software consulting and deployment experience on large enterprise projects
  • Certified or ability to certify in Workday Financials and to deploy the solution
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting
  • Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior executives, internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant working experience required
