Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Enablement Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working cross-functionally to understand customer training needs
• Managing the creation of high quality learning modules that provide product information, best practices, etc
• Intaking requests for e-learning modules, managing requests & reporting on adoption, completion & satisfaction of the trainings

Qualifications for this position include:

• BS / BA degree is preferred but not required
• Ability to create content by blending existing and new methods
• 5+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of experience using course authoring tools
• Comfortable being on camera and working with a virtual and remote team
• Experience with producing content video and training transcripts
