Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Enablement Office Hours Payroll Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and delivering Customer Enablement programs and services
- Conducting Office Hours appointments providing guidance and demonstrations depending on the questions
- Conducting pre-appointment research to ensure understanding of customer questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Ability to distill complex concepts into compelling, relevant and understandable presentations
- Capable of understanding complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
- Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior executives, internally and externally
- Bachelor's degree required
- The ability to work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
