Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Enablement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with asset development of onboarding curriculum
- Training customer success team members in the use of existing and newly added internal tools
- Integrating successful incubation cycles into the Customer Success B2B Customer Journey
Position Requirements Include:
- Company off-site Summits
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate and Premier Pro or Camtasia
- Background in customer success and/or customer relationship management
- Strong analytical skills and technical capabilities and using Docebo LMS or an LMS system
- Typically, a university degree in Business or Education
- 1+ year(s) in enablement management and/or staff training
