Job Summary
An eLearning technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Enablement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, developing, and managing all training programs on product information for clients
- Gathering and defining business and technical requirements for projects, features, and enhancements
- Collaborating and consult with business SMEs to determine effective training solutions both internal and external
Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience with an LMS or CRM application – a strong technical aptitude for software is required
- Expert or experienced with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence is ideal
- Experience in adult learning or technical writing is highly desirable
