Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Engagement and Communication Solutions Client Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating the reporting process, production statistics and service level agreements
  • Preparing invoices, reports and spreadsheets in support of client billing efforts
  • Managing the commercial client base as well as government contracts

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
