Job Summary
A building material supplier has a current position open for a Remote Customer Engagement Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Connecting with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat
- Coordinating with Market Managers to confirm and prepare for sales appointments
- Capturing contact information and project details and input into Salesforce
Position Requirements Include:
- Experienced in customer service, service industry, sales, or marketing
- Experienced in direct-to-consumer home improvement or similar industry preferred
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Webflow is helpful
- Creative problem solver with the ability to learn quickly
- Hands-on experience in Typeform, Klaviyo, Calendly is helpful
