An information technology firm has a current position open for a Remote Customer Engagement Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact
• Set and a manage client expectations
• Develop a vision, roadmap and KPIs

Position Requirements Include:

• 7+ years of client-facing/consulting experience
• 4+ years in a matrixed environment overseeing multiple projects
• 4+ years managing SaaS, big data, etc
• BA/BS in related field
