Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Customer Engagement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build and maintain member and participant relationships
  • Perform event development, planning, and execution, both online and in-person
  • Support for existing schedule of standing calls and working groups

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of member-related experience at a non-profit membership association
  • Experience coordinating small to mid-scale events both online and in-person
  • Independent and effective time management with excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and primarily remote team
  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively and clearly for various audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable course of study required
