Job Summary
A medication management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Engagement Project Intake Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and process all new customer orders as defined in the workforce management SOPs
- Ensure all project information correctly documented and of the highest quality
- Assist with managing and increasing project intake accuracy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% Travel
- Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree, a professional healthcare certification
- 3+ years resource or project management experience in software solutions industry
- 1+ years experience building project timelines
- 2+ years experience developing project intake metrics and dashboards from scratch
