Job Summary

A customer experience solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Engagement Services Channel Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage and execute a high quality pipeline and growth across multiple channels
• Manage multiple partner-led sales opportunities from inception to deal close
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual pipeline and sales quotas and MBOs

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• 5+ years channel sales experience selling PaaS, SaaS and Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment
• 5+ years in sales capacity focused on mid-market to enterprise clients
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a partner driven sales capacity
• Ability to develop long-term relationships and partnerships with the business leaders and decision makers
