Job Summary
A provider of integrated payment solutions is in need of a Remote Customer Engagement Solutions Client Support Manager in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client regarding project initiatives
- Execute Contact Center Solutions programs
- Maintain documentation related to the client campaign
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel
- 2-4 years of contact center or direct marketing account management experience or any equivalent
- Ability to plan and prioritize projects and to manage them from conception to conclusion
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both the client and internal team members
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
