Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high call volume and address a full range of customer inquiries regarding new service installations and billing
  • Provide exemplary customer service and act as the primary support liaison for new customers
  • Assist customers with service setup, appointment scheduling, and offer technical support on products
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • Demonstrate personal excellence, including punctuality and accountability
