Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
  • Review consumer inquiries/feedback using database tools to enhance consumer service and report data
  • Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites and evaluate consumer concerns for accurate routing
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
  • Willingness to provide outstanding consumer service
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
