Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist - Work from Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
- Review consumer inquiries/feedback using database tools to enhance consumer service and report data
- Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites and evaluate consumer concerns for accurate routing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
- Willingness to provide outstanding consumer service
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
