Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, addressing complex customer inquiries
  • Conduct follow-up testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for customers
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to recommend services and address concerns


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
