Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Launch Engagement Specialist will manage high call volumes, assist new customers with service setup, and serve as the primary support liaison while promoting deep engagement with products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries related to new service installations and billing explanations
- Deliver White Glove Service by setting a high standard for customer interactions and support
- Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting for IPTV and Internet services
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
