Job Summary
A fiber optics telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions on function and usage of products
- Using investigative skills to ascertain the nature of the caller’s concerns and develop an action plan to resolve issues
- Directing unsolved technical issues to appropriate departments and personnel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Compassionate customer service mindset
- Ability to interact with various types of customers
- Ability to use Windows Operating system and navigate between various applications
- Knowledge of Hotwire Communications product line and other applications utilized by customers
