Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as primary support liaison between company and our residential customers
- Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional service-oriented image among customers
- Providing technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must live in the local area
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and patience in highly stressful situations and adapt quickly to change
