Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as primary support liaison between company and our residential customers
  • Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional service-oriented image among customers
  • Providing technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must live in the local area
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service
  • Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and Holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
