Job Summary

A fiber optics telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting liaison between company Communications and our residential customers
  • Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional service-oriented image among customers
  • Working with customers to identify needs and to determine the appropriate action

Required Skills:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized manner
