Job Summary
A college athletic recruiting network is seeking a Remote Customer Escalation Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all forms of inbound contact (phone calls, emails, texts)
- Managing all forms of financial inquiries from current clients, including cancellation and refund requests
- Managing all forms of escalations, with the primary goal of resolving problems and issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic with team player attitude and mentality
