Job Summary
A software platform for real estate rental management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Agent in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Provide enthusiastic and personalized customer service to Lyric clients
- Assist our guests with their needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during their stay, and post-stay
- Gain an intimate knowledge of buildings or units within your buildings and units
Position Requirements Include:
- Speaks English and has reliable transportation
- Has a strong understanding of internet technology
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Types at least 50WPM and has a strong home internet connection
- Has traveled or has a strong desire to travel! Ideally has worked remotely before
- Is flexible and adaptable, able to work well in an evolving environment
