Job Summary
A call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience Agent in Shreveport.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Able to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- Able to use Windows operating systems
- Able to work various shifts
- Proven oral and written communication skills
