Job Summary

A customer service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing customer satisfaction and other operational metric results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and identifying performance improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating data feeds with Operations to provide data for analysis

Required Skills:

  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
  • Two to four years related experience preferred
  • Analytical thinking and analytic aptitude; ability to apply quantitative data analysis techniques to improve work processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
