Job Summary
A customer service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing customer satisfaction and other operational metric results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and identifying performance improvement opportunities
- Coordinating data feeds with Operations to provide data for analysis
Required Skills:
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Two to four years related experience preferred
- Analytical thinking and analytic aptitude; ability to apply quantitative data analysis techniques to improve work processes
- Strong attention to detail
