Job Summary

A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience and Analysis Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing multidimensional analytics and business unit reports
  • Contributing beneficial insights on voice-of-the-customer and operational data
  • Researching and identifying best practices, trends and measures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years analytics experience
  • Ability to identify cause and effect/patterns in performance metrics, cost drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Strong market research skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical acumen to apply to the contact center business operations
