Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience and Analysis Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing multidimensional analytics and business unit reports
- Contributing beneficial insights on voice-of-the-customer and operational data
- Researching and identifying best practices, trends and measures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years analytics experience
- Ability to identify cause and effect/patterns in performance metrics, cost drivers and improvement opportunities
- Strong market research skills
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical acumen to apply to the contact center business operations
