Job Summary

A food delivery service has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Reply to email and live chat inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with other departments to identify and resolve issues
  • Educate customers in how to manage their accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-3 years prior customer service experience preferred
  • Above average communicator; you have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Reliable internet access
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and innovate
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
