Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Business Systems Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with SMEs, senior leaders and business users/stakeholders to understand the CX organizations goals
- Analyze the current state and effectiveness across the CX processes and implement solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner in the Revenue and/or Customer Support domains
- Experience with business analysis and business process improvement
