Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Capabilities Director in North Wales.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving collaboration across the US Enterprise to drive the CX strategy and prioritized solutions
- Leading the discovery, design and deployment of prioritized solutions/program
- Leading implementation and evolution of the current CX Strategy & Vision to realize the biggest opportunities for business & customer impact
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in digital, marketing and customer experience roles in reputed global companies
- High performance and substantial achievements relating to growth-driving customer experiences in your past positions
- Understanding of customer behavior and relevant scientific methods and frameworks to support complex analysis of behavior change
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to inform commercial strategy
- Omnichannel marketing experience
