Job Summary

A global biopharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Capabilities Director in North Wales.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving collaboration across the US Enterprise to drive the CX strategy and prioritized solutions
  • Leading the discovery, design and deployment of prioritized solutions/program
  • Leading implementation and evolution of the current CX Strategy & Vision to realize the biggest opportunities for business & customer impact

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in digital, marketing and customer experience roles in reputed global companies
  • High performance and substantial achievements relating to growth-driving customer experiences in your past positions
  • Understanding of customer behavior and relevant scientific methods and frameworks to support complex analysis of behavior change
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to inform commercial strategy
  • Omnichannel marketing experience
