Job Summary

A human connections company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Concierge Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Regularly attend training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must have proven ability to lead a team
  • 2+ years SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ticketing systems as well as CRM software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Strong computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn new software
