Job Summary
A human connections company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Concierge Lead.
Must be able to:
- Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Regularly attend training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have proven ability to lead a team
- 2+ years SaaS and enterprise software experience
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role
- Proficiency in MS Office, ticketing systems as well as CRM software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
- Strong computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn new software
