Job Summary
A provider of online file sharing services is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Data Insights Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and craft clear actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Translating complex concepts into implications for the business
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or above in quantitative discipline
- 3-5 years experience in a data-centric role
- Significant experience working with large amounts of data
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to distill copious amounts of data
- Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage
