Job Summary

A provider of online file sharing services is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Data Insights Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and craft clear actionable insights
  • Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Translating complex concepts into implications for the business

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors or above in quantitative discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in a data-centric role
  • Significant experience working with large amounts of data
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to distill copious amounts of data
  • Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies
  • Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage
