- Measuring and analyze user experience research and testing to validate designs
- Collaborating closely with team members to craft extraordinary user experiences across all products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience incorporating research into the design process
- Open to feedback, knows how give and receive criticism, and how and when to defend design decisions
- Strong portfolio with work samples showcasing expertise in user experience design, creativity, and depth of thought
- 5+ years of experience crafting user interfaces, digital products, or sophisticated software applications across a range of channels
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in common design tools like Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch
