Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Digital Expansion Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience
  • Set and drive growth metrics, working with the support of a cross-functional team
  • Ensure that feedback loops and requests are seamlessly integrated into product planning

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Business, Commerce or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, learning, or technology related field
  • 1-3 years experience in customer onboarding/implementation/discovery
  • Experience leveraging in-application software and/or instructional/learning design
  • High level of technical proficiency preferred (i.e. HTML, CSS, etc)
