Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Digital Expansion Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience
- Set and drive growth metrics, working with the support of a cross-functional team
- Ensure that feedback loops and requests are seamlessly integrated into product planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Business, Commerce or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, learning, or technology related field
- 1-3 years experience in customer onboarding/implementation/discovery
- Experience leveraging in-application software and/or instructional/learning design
- High level of technical proficiency preferred (i.e. HTML, CSS, etc)
