Job Summary

A healthcare company that connects members to high-quality care is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Hire, retain and grow amazing engineering technical talent for Grand Rounds
  • Play a key role during the creative process, setting the technical vision and leading technical decisions
  • Be hands on as and when needed. Not afraid to dig into code, do code reviews & critique architecture & technical design

Qualifications Include:

  • A visionary leader with ability to inspire engineering professionals to succeed in a fast changing & highly competitive market
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a highly technical engineering team
  • Ability to collaborate with business unit leadership as well as individual members of the team
  • Possess the ability to bring clarity when faced with ambiguity
  • Willing to be flexible in search of generating the desired results while still leading with a bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
