Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, planning and execution of overall customer experience goals
  • Design an effective interlock and collaborate with all other business functions
  • Develop repeatable CX processes and measurement systems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of leading the implementation of transformational customer experience
  • 5+ years experience in customer experience journey mapping
  • Experience using marketing automation, CEX tools, data science and predictive analytics
  • Experience scaling during hyper growth
  • Hands-on experience implementing technology products for use by external customers
