Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, planning and execution of overall customer experience goals
- Design an effective interlock and collaborate with all other business functions
- Develop repeatable CX processes and measurement systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of leading the implementation of transformational customer experience
- 5+ years experience in customer experience journey mapping
- Experience using marketing automation, CEX tools, data science and predictive analytics
- Experience scaling during hyper growth
- Hands-on experience implementing technology products for use by external customers
