A consumer electronics company is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Insights and Analytics Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering insightful analyses and recommendations
  • Connecting advanced data analytics and customer insights together
  • Contributing to advancement of Business Analytics and Insights capabilities

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer facing organization(s)
  • 5+ years leading insights and analytics function
  • 3 years experience within data, data science, customer support/business analytics
  • Known subject matter expert for quantitative and qualitative analytics methodologies
  • Previous demonstrated Business and Customer Centricity acumen
  • Recognized expertise and coach to others
