Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering insightful analyses and recommendations
- Connecting advanced data analytics and customer insights together
- Contributing to advancement of Business Analytics and Insights capabilities
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in customer facing organization(s)
- 5+ years leading insights and analytics function
- 3 years experience within data, data science, customer support/business analytics
- Known subject matter expert for quantitative and qualitative analytics methodologies
- Previous demonstrated Business and Customer Centricity acumen
- Recognized expertise and coach to others
