Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Insurance Business Intelligence Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with data engineers to perform data validation and test activities
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to evaluate data sources to determine the best source for business information
  • Develop and build upon existing knowledge of data stored in company databases

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or
  • Equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience with demonstrated success at an Associate level in a data analytics related field
  • Experience with modern BI toolsets (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of analytics programming languages (SQL/R/Python)
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
