A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Interactive Voice Response and Telephony Director.

- Designing and supporting the implementation of customer experience
- Executing against a multi-year roadmap

- Travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s Degree (or acceptable work related experience)
- 10+ years of experience in road mapping and capital planning activities
- 10+ years of experience in customer-centric design
- 10+ years of experience in business program/project management
- 5+ years of leadership experience
