Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience IT Project Management Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensure high delivery standards that meet company's SDLC requirements
  • Manage budget and schedule
  • Perform effective program reporting on Status, Risks, key metrics with effective visual aids

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
  • 10 or more years of technical experience
  • Experience in enterprise-wide transformation of large scale
  • Experience with implementing cloud enabled call center/service organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions
  • Agile PM skills – Scrum / Kanban / SAFE methodologies
