Job Summary
A multi-faceted business services provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Journey Consulting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting annual performance reviews and provide feedback in an ongoing manner for team members
- Leading consulting engagements with clients on business operations and performance improvement initiatives
- Utilizing structured problem solving skills to develop a work plan and approach to answer business questions in the defined timeline
