Job Summary

A company offering secure healthcare messaging has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the full life cycle of technology implementation experience
  • Working closely with customers
  • Managing and improving on-boarding experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 12% travel required
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows, operations, and terminology
  • Hands-on experience with mobile apps and healthcare IT technologies
  • Experience as a licensed clinician or
  • Background in healthcare administration, clinical Informatics, project management, or similar field
