Job Summary
An Information Technology services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining Customer Success Plans for key accounts
- Analyzing complete customer experience
- Identifying customer business outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience, as well as
- 5 plus years of experience in the Technology field, either with an OEM, reseller, or distributor
- Professional level of verbal, written, and non-spoken communications skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
