Job Summary

An Information Technology services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and maintaining Customer Success Plans for key accounts
  • Analyzing complete customer experience
  • Identifying customer business outcomes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience, as well as
  • 5 plus years of experience in the Technology field, either with an OEM, reseller, or distributor
  • Professional level of verbal, written, and non-spoken communications skills
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
