Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding best practices and industry trends to propose process and system improvement opportunities
- Identifying key areas of opportunity for experience and/or efficiency improvement
- Establishing relationships with key business partners and stakeholders within Care, Success and other functions of the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of experience leading projects and teams
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
