Job Summary
A cloud software provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Manager in San Ramon.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning overall responsibility of assigned initiatives, including: Improving all facets of the customer’s experience
- Coordinating internal resources to assure proper implementation of corrective action plans
- Participating in the development and continual improvement of Customer Success processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS
- At least three years’ experience in a support management and/or escalations management related role
- Passion for customer success
- Demonstrated exceptional customer interaction skills from previous employment
- Strong and proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects
- All other requirements necessary for this position
