Job Summary

A cloud software provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Manager in San Ramon.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning overall responsibility of assigned initiatives, including: Improving all facets of the customer’s experience
  • Coordinating internal resources to assure proper implementation of corrective action plans
  • Participating in the development and continual improvement of Customer Success processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS
  • At least three years’ experience in a support management and/or escalations management related role
  • Passion for customer success
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer interaction skills from previous employment
  • Strong and proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects
