Job Summary
A real estate investment marketplace is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning our customer Net Promoter Score collection initiatives
- Supporting the development of team and agent-level reporting and CX-related analysis
- Supporting the management and implementation of CX systems & tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales, etc.)
- 1+ years work experience
- Solid grasp of data manipulation and interpretation
- Excellent communicator
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
