Job Summary
An information technology and business analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Define and drive maximum efficiency and service for the Customer Experience department
- Partner with leadership on the CX Organization’s strategy, processes, etc
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity with continuous tools and process improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-10+ years of experience in a technology or SaaS firm
- OR equivalent experience in Consulting, Strategy or Operations
- Experience with Customer/Support/Success Operations
- Ability to analyze and gather insights from data and make business recommendations
- Strong business acumen, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
