Job Summary

An information technology and business analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Define and drive maximum efficiency and service for the Customer Experience department
  • Partner with leadership on the CX Organization’s strategy, processes, etc
  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity with continuous tools and process improvements

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in a technology or SaaS firm
  • OR equivalent experience in Consulting, Strategy or Operations
  • Experience with Customer/Support/Success Operations
  • Ability to analyze and gather insights from data and make business recommendations
  • Strong business acumen, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
