Job Summary

A telecommunications service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Obtaining a deep understanding of services to translate complex service capabilities
  • Evaluating current capabilities and developing innovative approaches for improvement
  • Leading and managing large, complex projects consisting of multiple project teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Security, or related areas of study
  • Demonstrated ability to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
  • Three years of experience in Product or Program Management
  • Any equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Experience in creating compelling customer-facing content to drive service adoption
  • Sharp business acumen and a proven ability to drive high-level program initiatives
